Getting a tiny bit of an advanced start on my plans for the New Year.
These plans include
1. Eat more vegetables
2. Cut out sugar
3. Use new fitness band to track stats
4. Take a walk - aim for everyday
6. No cigarettes. Vaping allowed.
7. Cut my weight from 196.6 to at least something in the 160's
8. Continue to use both inhalers every day, and carry a ProAir at all times.
Progress so far
Smoked last cigarette and went back to vaping today.
Went to grocery store, and walked there for 30 minutes.
So, off to good start. Pat on the back for myself.
